Meet Our Doctors

I am glad that you found our website, because it means that you are on a path to get help with your anxiety, ADHD or panic attacks. As a partner on your healing journey, we serve as a guide so that you can connect to the healer within yourself and achieve a constant state of balanced health and optimal mental health. By thoroughly investigating the root cause of symptoms, our therapeutic goal is to remove maintaining causes of disease. We treat the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – using least invasive therapies first in order to minimize harmful side effects.

Our goal is for you to fulfill your highest purpose in life, and having a chronic disease can often prevent one from doing so. We will manage your mental illness challenges through naturopathic treatments such as neurofeedback,  individualized nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and specialized IV nutrient therapy so that you can regain control of your anxiety or debilitating mental health challenge.

As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, I have completed a four year medical post-graduate and one year residency program at Bastyr University, a nationally accredited Naturopathic Medical school. My bachelor’s degree is in Neuroscience and Behavior from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York. Studying behavioral neuroscience has shaped my perspective that psychological health is key to maintaining mental health.

-Dr. Genevieve Price, ND

Doctor and Founder, Center for Natural Anxiety Relief

Dr. Mairead Masuda, ND

Practice Specialties: IV Nutrient Therapy, fertility, post-partum, hormonal health, digestive health, skin health/PRP, pediatrics

Dr. Masuda firmly believes that the key to healing is to understand the root cause of illness and the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. Her biggest passions are digestive health, fertility and perinatal care, and hormonal health, which she treats with a combination of supplements, diet and lifestyle changes, and IV nutrient therapy. Dr. Masuda’s own experience with postpartum anxiety illuminated the gap in physical and mental support for new mothers from beginning of pregnancy to the much-needed self-care after birth. The lack of education, information, and support that she experienced as a new parent inspired Dr. Masuda to specialize in perinatal care.

After receiving Bachelors degrees in science and biology from the National University of Ireland, Galway and the University of San Diego, Dr. Masuda considered pursuing a career in allopathic medicine; However, she felt called to pursue naturopathic medicine, which would allow her to help patients in a way that would truly benefit them long term and give them the opportunity to take control of their health and healing.

As if medical school alone wasn’t a big enough feat, Dr. Masuda began the transformative process of becoming a mother to two vivacious girls, all while juggling the full time schedule of being a student. When she isn’t wrangling her two children, she enjoys being outdoors, exercising, teaching Irish dance, reading, and traveling to see her family who are scattered across the world.

Fun fact: While obtaining her undergraduate degree she decided to pursue her passion of dancing by touring with the Irish dance show, Riverdance. Her time with Riverdance afforded her the opportunity to travel around the world, experience an array of culture, and enjoy really good food! More importantly, touring for months at a time in unknown countries, pointed out the stress that can result from this type of lifestyle, and the tools she needed to maintain her physical and mental health.

A note from the Doc:

“I am so glad you made it to our page! I truly believe that you are not here by accident, and you are ready to team up with a doctor who is invested in you and your wellbeing. I consider my patients teammates, and mental healthcare should be more than just pharmaceuticals and psychotherapy. If you are tired of being told “there is nothing else you can do”, if you are looking for alternatives or adjuncts to conventional medical treatments, or you are simply looking for a practitioner that really listens and cares about your wellbeing, you have come to the right place. I consider it an honor to be your partner in health and look forward to working together!”

Dr. Monicka Fosnocht is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, a graduate certificate in biomedical engineering from Old Dominion University in Virginia, and a dual Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Clinical Counseling and Health Psychology from Bastyr University in San Diego, CA. She has a wide range of clinical and research experience, including naturopathic primary care, child emotional development, biomedical neuroengineering, and epigenetics-tailored, nutraceutical treatment for veterans with PTSD. She completed her clinical counseling practicum training at San Diego State University Counseling & Psychological Services and fell in love with working with students and young adults.

During over 5 years of clinical experience, she has found that holistic mental health treatment must acknowledge the mind-body connection. For example, patients often find that their anxiety and GI symptoms go hand-and-hand, or their depression and thyroid dysfunction started at the same time.

Dr. Fosnocht is passionate about identity development in transitional-aged youth. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she is determined to provide more affirming and knowledgeable spaces to welcome and meet all people’s healthcare needs. She utilizes an integrative approach to provide individualized, person-centered care. She enjoys utilizing nutrition, functional labs, nutraceuticals, humor, and collaboration to support whole-person wellness at any age.
